Who we are

Positive Capitals, LLC is a family-owned home builder based in Snellville, Georgia. You can reach us at info@positivecapitals.com, at (770) 380-6790, or by mail at P.O. Box 364, 2440 Wisteria Dr., Snellville, GA 30078.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you include it, what you're interested in, and your message. We also record which page you sent the form from and the type of browser you used, which helps us spot spam and fix problems.

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

To respond to you, and to keep a record of our conversation if you become a client. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a private database hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States, and delivered to us by email through Azure's communication service. A few trusted services help run this site, and each sees only what it needs to do its job:

  • Microsoft Azure hosts the website, the database, and the email delivery.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form from automated spam. It checks your browser when you submit the form, may process your IP address to do so, and may set a cookie of its own.
  • Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so Google receives your IP address when your browser loads them.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as we need them to serve you and to meet ordinary business record requirements. If you'd like us to delete what we have about you, email us and we will.

Your choices

Email info@positivecapitals.com anytime to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Prefer not to use the form at all? Call us instead. We're happy to talk.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a home. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
