№ 01Who we are

Two ways to build. One standard of craft.

Positive Capitals is a family-owned company. The same people who walk your site are the ones answering the phone after move-in. Nothing gets handed off to a department that has never seen your home.

№ 03How we build

Quality in every step

A home is the largest thing most families ever build. We treat the process with the same care we give the framing: clear, sequenced, and accountable from first walk to final walk-through.

Step 01

Land & vision

We start with the site and what you want from it: orientation, grade, views, schools, and budget. For spec homes, we've already done this homework in communities we believe in.

Step 02

Design & selections

Floor plans, elevations, and finishes come together with you and your designer. Every selection, from quartz to cabinet pulls, gets written down so there are no surprises later.

Step 03

Permits & pre-construction

Engineering, permitting, and a real schedule with critical-path sequencing. We line up materials and trades before a shovel hits the ground.

Step 04

Craftsmanship

The build itself: framed straight, sealed tight, and finished by trades we trust. We stay on site, coordinating the details that separate a good home from a great one.

Step 05

Walk-through

A detailed walk together before you ever get the keys. We don't consider it done until you do.

Step 06

Stand behind it

We build it as if it were our own. When you call after move-in, you're still talking to the same family that built your home.

№ 04Our story

A family business, building family homes.

Positive Capitals is a family business. We build spec and custom homes the way we would want our own built: proven, old-school craftsmanship where it matters, and newer building techniques where they genuinely help.

We take real pride in our attention to detail. Building a home isn't a transaction; it's a milestone. So we approach every project with the care and precision we'd want for our own family, because to us that's exactly what it is.

i.
Transparency

Open communication with clients, partners, and trades. You'll always know where things stand.

ii.
Craftsmanship

Designed well and built to last, with finishes that look right and hold up for decades.

iii.
Partnership

The best homes come from working closely together. We build with you, not just for you.

№ 05Where we build

Proudly building all over Georgia
